Updated: Police identify victims in high-rise murder-suicide

    UPDATED:  Philadelphia police have identified the couple who died in an apparent murder-suicide in a luxury apartment building.

    Detectives believe 30-year-old Carlos Eugene Acosta repeatedly shot his 29-year-old wife Rio Acosta Magden before shooting himself around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

    Police say both were found in the apartment’s front bedroom.

    The shooting occurred at Museum Towers, a high-rise building in the city’s Spring Garden section.
