Undocumented immigrant talks about her citizenship status

    This ain’t Disney World.

    That’s where Fernanda Marroquin thought she was going when her parents brought her to America from Peru 10 years ago. Instead she’s living in Pennsylvania and taking classes at Montgomery County Community College.

    She pays out-of-state tuition because Marroquin is undocumented.

    Marroquin talked with NewsWorks partner Philadelphia Weekly about her aspirations of one day being a recognized U.S. citizen.
