Tristate governors chosen for national leadership committee

    Pennsylvania’s New Jersey’s and Delaware’s governors have all been chosen for leadership roles in the National Governors Association.

    Delaware’s Jack Markell and New Jersey’s Chris Christie will serve on the executive committee, Markell as a finance officer, Christie on the Legal Affairs Committee.

    Markell will also serve on the Education, Early Childhood and Workforce Committee. Christie is part of the 16-member Economic Development and Commerce Committee.

    Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett is on the Health and Human Services Committee and the Special Committee on Homeland Security and Public Safety.
