Northwest Philadelphia development stories to watch in 2012

In Northwest Philly’s neighborhoods last year, you didn’t have to shop around very far to find tasty stories about land use and development. Last week, NewsWorks and Plan Philly brought you five of the juiciest stories among them (see the links in the “More Info” box). Here is what to be on the lookout for in the coming year:

Plans for East Falls’ Rivage property underway; Germantown neighbors form a new CDC to help manage new neighborhood development; Chestnut Hill College expansion plans move forward; city seeks historic designation for Wayne Junction industrial area.

PlanPhilly and NewsWorks will continue to follow these, and other, stories concerning planning, land use and development in the Northwest. What stories are on your list? Let us know.
