Here’s a look at what’s to come on NewsWorks this week:

1. James Barnett is not your average 13-year-old. The Northwest Philadelphia resident tirelessly trains at an East Germantown gym (and beyond) to hone his boxing skills. The work is paying off. Check back next week to learn more about Barnett and his efforts to be the best.

2. North Light Community Center has long been a beacon for students in the neighborhood and beyond. Not surprisingly, summer is one of the center’s busiest seasons. Check back next week for a look at North Light’s summer camp program. We’ll explore a cooking class.

3. After an extended delay, the former Margarity Ford dealership in Chestnut Hill is no more. A multi-story, mixed-used property will rise in its place. Check back next week for an update on the construction process.
