Toddler rescued from roof in Philadelphia

A firefighter rescued a 2-year-old who was discovered on the roof of a Philadelphia home.

Neighbors in the Frankford section on Monday frantically called for the boy to sit down.

Cellphone video obtained by WPVI-TV showed the child walking around the sloped roof as firefighters set up a ladder. However, another firefighter pulled the boy to safety through a third-story window.

The boy and another child were taken to a hospital for evaluation.
