Third Circuit Court of Appeals to hear arguments in Lewis residency challenge

Gotta admire the guy for not giving up. The Carl Lewis case returns to court Wednesday, this time in Philadelphia.

The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in the challenge to the Olympian’s request to run for the New Jersey Senate, the Associated Press reports.
State and federal courts have already sided with N.J. Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, who says Lewis does not meet the residency requirement to run for Senate.
