Third child dies in wake of Chester, Pa. house fire
A 4-year-old boy has died from his injuries in a Pennsylvania house fire that had already claimed the lives of two other children.
Chester police said Friday afternoon that Moses McKnight has died after suffering suffered serious burns in the fire early Wednesday morning.
His 6-year-old sister Bella McKnight and 9-year-old cousin Amajhay Ferguson perished in the blaze.
There were six children in the house when the fire broke out. Three of them lived in the home and the other three were cousins staying for a visit.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Five firefighters were also hurt in the blaze, which happened two blocks from the Widener University campus.
