The Philadelphia Sandwich Experiment happens Sunday
As part of its nation-wide tour, Brooklyn Brewery is bringing ‘Food Experiments’ to Philly with an amateur sandwich throw-down.
The Philadelphia Sandwich Experiment is set to kick-off Sunday, May 6, at 2 p.m., at The Underground Arts Theatre. Amateur cooks are invited to compete in this annual test of skills and creativity.
Winners from Philadelphia, and other cities throughout the country, will be flown to New York to compete for a national cook-off title.
A portion of the events proceeds go towards charities that promote sustainability and local culinary education for disadvantaged children and teens.
