    Big week for the GOP in Delaware.  Mitt Romney comes to the state hours after his biggest challenge to the nomination for President of the United States drops out.  The state GOP rolled out its candidates for Governor and Lt. Governor.  Fisker will most likely be an issue, but will that work?
