Tea light candles recalled for fire hazard

Nope, not an Onion headline. Pacific Trade International of Rockville, Md., has recalled several series of tea lights due to a fire hazard.

Details about the candles, sold at red Meyer, Home Goods, Marshalls, Super Value, Target, TJ Maxx and Wegmans between July 2009 and February 2011, are available at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission site.

The candles are being recalled because the plastic cups that hold them can melt or ignite.
