Target recalls cookies for mislabeled ingredient

Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products Inc. is recalling cookies sold in Target because they contain whey (milk) that is not listed on the label’s list of ingredients.

Snickerdoodles Cookies were distributed nationwide beginning in March.
The voluntary recall is a precaution, the company says, for those who may have whey allergies or sensitivities. The package does include a warning label that says “may contain milk.”

The following lots have been recalled:

    110592W03
    110933W03
    110941W03
    111152W03
    111232W03
