Suspect arrested in shooting death of Bucks County guitarist Danny DeGennaro

    Bristol Township Police have made an arrest in the case of a fatal shooting of Bucks County guitarist and songwriter Danny DeGennaro.

    According to NBC10 Philadelphia, Danasia Bakr of Morrisville was taken into custody Tuesday. Bakr, 17, faces conspiracy and robbery charges in relation to the homicide, according to court papers obtained by NBC10.

    DeGennaro, 56, was found dead outside of his home in December.

    The musician was a member of The Danny DeGennaro band. He was also known to have played guitar with several other well known bands and musicians, including Kingfish and Clarence Clemons.
