Sunday bank robbery under investigation in Brick

A masked man robbed a bank in Brick Sunday afternoon, township police said.
Police were dispatched to the TD Bank on Cedar Bridge Avenue after the masked man, described as wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves, fled the bank on a bike heading toward Lakewood, according to Sgt. Henry J. Drew.
The man did not display a weapon, Drew said.
The Facebook page Ocean County Police, Fire, & EMS reported that the man is black and was wearing Halloween mask and a black curly hair wig.
A police perimeter was in place as of 3:15 p.m, and the investigation is ongoing, according to Drew.
