Police seek owner of cash found on West Chester street

Here’s something you don’t hear every day:

According to the Chester Daily Local News, police are looking for the owner of a wad of cash, stuffed into an envelope, found on the street.

West Chester Officer Harry O’Neill will take the call from the owner at 610-696-2700.

We’re betting more than one “owner” might be calling that number.
