Stolen SEPTA bus crashes into parked cars in Upper Darby

    Police in Upper Darby say a man stole a bus from a suburban Philadelphia transit depot and led officers on a brief pursuit before crashing into a row of parked cars.

    Police in Upper Darby say a man stole a bus from a suburban Philadelphia transit depot and led officers on a brief pursuit before crashing into a row of parked cars.

    According to police, a suspect is in custody after stealing a bus from a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority facility late Wednesday morning. Authorities say the man drove a short distance before he crashing.

    Transit officials say there were no passengers on the bus at the time.
