    Chris Christie will give his first State of the State address today. The New Jersey governor is expected to stick to key initiatives and look back on his accomplishments over the past year.

    An Associated Press reports says the following topics will be addressed in the speech:

    plans for overhauling teacher tenure
    school choice
    public pension system
    property tax caps enacted this year
