South Jersey lawmakers want to keep state’s gaming focus in Atlantic City

The Meadowlands Racetrack holds all sorts of promises for New Jersey, but lawmakers in the southern part of the state are concerned proposals for the North Jersey complex could steer gaming focus away from Atlantic City.

According to the Press of Atlantic City, South Jersey lawmakers aren’t thrilled about tomorrow’s Assembly committee hearing to discuss bringing gaming to the Meadowlands.
