Should the Supreme Court regulate the sale of violent video games to minors?

    A decision is imminent.

The Supreme Court is set to decide whether the government can ban the sale of violent video games to people under 18. The case comes out of California, but could set a precedence for the rest of the nation.

Six other states ban such sales to minors, but lower court decisions often fall back on First Amendment rights. The National Constitution Center is asking you to weigh in before the higher court does: Should the government be able to ban the sale of violent video games to minors?

So far, the majority of voters say yes.
