Share your photos, stories and comments on city happenings

We reported on two stories this morning about SEPTA delays and city auctions, but we’d much rather hear from you.

Later, we’ll feature a story from WHYY’s Lizz Fiedler about Philadelphia joining municibid to auction some of its things. A Montgomery County town recently auctioned off a bridge, so there’s no limit to what you can get. We have no clue what the city plans to auction off, but we want your ideas. Is there a particular City Hall relic you’re after, or a discarded traffic light that’d be perfect for your basement? Tell us what you think the city should get rid of, and what you’d consider buying.

Earlier this morning, SEPTA announced suspensions on its Norristown, Trenton and Chestnut Hill West Regional Rail lines. Did you get stuck, rerouted or stranded? Send us your tales (or photos) of SEPTA stories past and present.
