Sex offender exposes himself at Christiana Mall

Delaware State Police arrested a registered sex offender after he exposed himself to a teen girl at the Christiana Mall this past weekend.

The 14-year-old girl said John Dicriscio, 59, of New Castle initially followed her around the Barnes & Noble bookstore on Sunday afternoon. Later, she observed Discriscio standing near her with his penis out, masturbating.

The victim took pictures of Dicriscio with her cell phone before running out of the store. Troopers used her pictures to positively identify Dicriscio, who is a Tier III registered sex offender, the most severe designation.

On Tuesday, police received word Dicriscio was again inside the Barnes & Noble at the mall. Troopers responded and took him into custody without incident.
