Hometown rock hero George Thorogood returns to The Grand, bringing his signature raucous, slide guitar-stoked blues rock. Ragtime: The Musical

Based on E. L. Doctorow’s distinguished novel, this musical intertwines the turn-of-the-century stories of three extraordinary families as they confront wealth and poverty, freedom and prejudice, hope and despair, and what it means to live in America. Produced with special arrangement of Music Theatre International. Possum Hall, September 23rd, 24th and 30th, 8 p.m., September 25th, 2 p.m.
