SEPTA boss answers rider concerns

    When SEPTA was named the best transit authority in North America, NewsWorks readers reacted with mixed feelings. We spoke to a few and got responses to some of their concerns from Joe Casey, SEPTA’s general manager.

    The American Public Transportation Association named SEPTA the best transit authority in North America in July. NewsWorks readers reacted with mixed feelings, most of them saying that there were still plenty of things they would like SEPTA to improve.

    To dig a little deeper, we asked readers to tell us if there was one thing they would like SEPTA to improve, what would it be. SEPTA General Manager Joe Casey joined us on NewsWorks Tonight to address those concerns.
