Second guilty plea, sentence in Delco sandwich theft

    A second man has pleaded guilty to robbing a teenage boy of his sandwich last Fall in Delaware County.

    Rashawn Ameer Mallory, 21, of Philadelphia, will spend four to eight years in prison for brandishing a gun and stealing the meatball sandwich before he and three others hopped into a car and took off.

    A co-defendant will spend up to 23 months in prison for his role, and the other two await trial. Mallory will also spend two years on probation and pay back the $5.50 for the sandwich.
