Early dismissal for Philly, Camden students
Hey kids, you’re getting out of school early!
Parents, it’s time to scramble.
Due to the excessive heat expected today, the School District of Philadelphia has announced a 1:30 p.m. dismissal for kids. All after school activities are canceled, as is tonight’s School Reform Commission meeting. Routine transportation is in place, and staff members required to stay in the building until the last students have been picked up.
Update: Camden schools will close early, as well. Students will be let out at 1 p.m. Our partners at NBC10 have the full school closings list.
