School District cancels day off Wednesday
They’ll be thankful come June. Students and faculty have been told to report to their desks and podiums Wednesday, as the School District of Philadelphia has canceled a planned day off.
KYW reports the Professional Development programs scheduled for that day have been rescheduled, so everyone’s expected to show bright an early.
In the meantime, the threat of snow and ice has already prompted some programs scheduled for late Tuesday and early Wednesday to be called off or postponed.
