Rutgers program offers college-level courses to young students

    Rutgers University is taking summer school to an entirely new level, offering college-level courses to 99 students, many of which are under the age of 16.

    According to The Star-Ledger, the university’s summer scholar classes cater to 99 students, including 27 teens.

    Instructors told The Star-Ledger the younger students were some of the most energetic in the program.
