Rutgers-Camden student creates resume-grading website

Here’s a little something to help your resume stand out from all the other job applicants with extensive experience, great personal skills and top collegiate honors.

A Rutgers-Camden student has created a website that grades your resume based on information from recruiters and hiring managers.

RezScore.com uses an algorithm that identifies your resume’s strengths and weaknesses based on the advice from professionals, as the Gloucester County Times explains.

You can upload your resume and have it graded instantly on impact, brevity and depth, compared to ‘A’ resumes the algorithm is based on.
