Russian National Ballet to perform Cinderella in Vineland on March 16

A classic fairytale expressed in ballet. What could be more enchanting?
The Russian National Ballet Theatre will perform Cinderella at Cumberland County College’s Guaracini Performing Arts Center on Mar. 16. The National Ballet was founded in Moscow in the 1980’s.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect with Disney set to release its live-action film, Cinderella just three days earlier. Can Frozen furor be replaced with a new happily-ever-after craze?
Set to the popular Sergei Prokofiev score, the Moscow-based company promises an family-friendly evening of elaborate sets, gorgeous costumes and comedic performances. The ballet will be performed to recorded music.
Tickets cost $25 for adults and $20 for children under age 12, seniors and military personnel. Premium seats are $30.
Monday, Mar. 16, 7:30 p.m. – 3322 College Dr., Vineland, N.J.
