Roxborough Review editor to run for council-at-large
The Roxborough Review’s Bernard Scally will enter Philadelphia’s council-at-large race. The assistant editor, known for his mustache, will leave the paper Feb. 2 when he makes his formal candidacy announcement. He’ll run as a Republican.
