Rock band Live investing in $10 million York City renovation project

    Hey, remember Live?

The band was big in the ’90s, and while the members’ latest project has musical ties, it’s just as much a community investment. And leave it to NewsWorks’ Germantown/West Oak Lane Editor Brian Hickey to find the details.
One of the three Live members is based in California, one is in Lancaster and the other is in York. But they’re all partnering with an investor to set up a music studio, apartments and tech company in York City. The $10 million investment will turn around a vacant building and create up to 100 jobs.
