Rizzo and Squilla follow up on overdue campaign requirements

Thursday Dave Davies reported that almost half of the candidates running for City Council in Philadelphia had failed to provide legally required information to the City Board of Ethics nearly two weeks after the information was due. Two of the violators Republican Frank Rizzo, who is running for re-election as Councilman-at-large, and Democrat Mark Squilla who is running in the First District, reached out to Davies to let him know that since his reporting each have complied with the requirements. As for the thirty or so City Council candidates who have still not filed their paperwork on political committees, you can find the list at “Come on Kid’s” from Dave Davies’ Off Mic Blog
