Rita’s to open 50 water ice stores in India
As Rita’s Water Ice prepares to open franchises in China, the Bensalem-based company has announced an additional 50 stores in India.
A New Delhi company has a franchise agreement with Rita’s, PhillyBurbs reports, to help the water ice maker expand to markets that can support year-round business.
Rita’s currently has 500 stores and plans to double that in the coming years, expanding into California, Arizona, Nevada, and other national and international markets.
