Ramsey teams up with restaurateur to serve Chinese food to cops at Phillies game

    Every year, the Philadelphia police commissioner, music industry notable Kal Rudman and SangKee Restaurant Group owner Michael Chow partner to serve food to Philly cops at an Eagles game.

    This summer, they decided to mix things up and do the same at a Phillies game.

    Yesterday, Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey was at Citizens Bank Park to make sure 100 officers were treated to a fresh meal during the Phils’ final game against the Mets.
