PSU brings investigation conference to Philly, pharma executives could get jail time

    Despite not getting approval from the FDA, some big pharma executives pushed the use of bone cement anyway. Taunya English will be in court today to find out whether those executives will go to jail for the experiment that cost people their lives.

    Jen Howard is at the Penn State news conference as the internal investigative committee discusses its work. She’ll have updates on that, and Tom MacDonald will have updates in Occupy Philly, which has moved temporarily to accommodate the final repairs to the City Hall tower.
