Princeton University submits revision of 5-year-old plan for arts and transit center

Revisions to Princeton University’s plan for an arts and transit center include an expansion of the Dinky train station for use as a restaurant.

The latest update to the 5-year-old plan has been submitted, the Times of Trenton reports, despite Princeton Borough’s interested in preserving its right to use that space for transit expansion.

University and Borough officials continue to butt heads on the best use of the Dinky and its surroundings. If passed by the planning board, work on the school’s $300 million proposal could begin by early 2013.
