Police search for man who robbed Wilmington store in Spider-Man mask

Someone in Wilmington is giving Spider-Man a bad name. Two men robbed a convenience store yesterday morning, and while one stood watch, the other held out a gun and demanded money while wearing a Spider-Man mask.

The Wilmington News Journal reports authorities are looking for two men: one about 5’8″, 150lbs., dressed in black and possibly wearing the Spider-Man mask; the other about 6’1″, 150lbs., also dressed in all black and wearing a black mask.

They were last scene fleeing on foot from the Kirkwood Highway 7-Eleven around 1 a.m. Thursday. The store clerk was not hurt.
