Police launch most-wanted list of criminas caught on camera
The hoods and hats just aren’t cutting it. Criminals not conniving enough to wear Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton masks are being put on blast by the Philadelphia Police Department.
The department has announced its “Video Villains” campaign, in which it identifies the 10 most-wanted criminals caught on surveillance camera and publishes the footage.
The first 10 — all males — have made their debut, with footage complete with robbery locations and suspect descriptions now circulating around the web.
