Police consider more charges against mother who duct-taped toddler
Police in Chester Township are considering filing more charges against Caira Ferguson. Ferguson is currently being held without bail on child endangerment charges after a photograph surfaced of her posing with her 2-year-old, who was duct-taped to a chair at the time.
The Delaware County Times reports police are now considering pressing charges against Ferguson for filing a false report. Ferguson brought the photo to police claiming she’d been a victim of identity theft after someone posted the picture online.
Police Chief Ken Coalson says further charges aren’t definite.
