Planning Commission approves Reading Viaduct acquisition

The Philadelphia City Planning Commission voted yesterday to approve a bill authorizing the city to acquire part of the Reading Viaduct for the development of a public park.

Can you imagine a different outcome? As far as we can tell, this project has zero opponents.
