Photographer Cosby makes name for herself with ‘Beauty’ exhibit

The 29th annual Celebration of Black Writing is underway, newly expanded to the entire month of May by sponsor “Art Sanctuary,” Philadelphia’s African-American arts and letters organization.

Events citywide will showcase literary as well as visual and performing arts around this year’s theme, “Launching Beyond Legacy: Celebrating the Literary Achievements of Black Women.”

One of the artists involved is Erinn Cosby, daughter of Bill Cosby, whose photo exhibit “Beauty” is culled from images she’s taken around the globe. She spoke with NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller.

“Beauty” can be seen at Art Sanctuary through the end of May.
