Philly’s ‘Made in America’ concert will be subject of Jay-Z documentary

You better pretty yourself up, Philly, because the camera crews are on their way.

Not only will Jay-Z be holding his “Made in America” concert here Labor Day weekend, but the highly anticipated show will be the subject of a documentary from duo Ron Howard and Brian Grazer (the guys behind “Arrested Development,” among other things).

“It is going to be born through Jay-Z’s perspective . . . how he puts the event together,” Grazer told the New York Post.

Jay-Z announced the multi-act concert in May on the steps of the Art Museum. Three stages will be set up on the Ben Franklin Parkway Sept. 1 and 2 for the concert.
