Philly Fringe Festival accepting applications for fall
It’s months away, but the Philly Fringe Festival is already taking applications for the 2011 event. Artists of all types can submit proposals for the 16-day September event.
Fringe helps artists with a plan and a venue promote and sell tickets to their event. Applications are available on the festival’s website, and are due before April 1.
