Philebrity’s got some interesting predictions for Philadelphia’s 2011 ecosystem. Some are optimistic, some aren’t, but all of them are possible.
Most likely: the prediction that the Pathmark set for the new Bart Blatstein development in Northern Liberties just isn’t going to happen. Between the A&P bankruptcy, recent closing of a Piazza restaurant and the fact that every storefront remains a dug-up hole in the ground protected by glass, things aren’t looking good for what Blatstein says is a February opening.
