PETA praises the Linc

PETA has named the Lincoln Financial Field the the most vegetarian-friendly stadium in the NFL.

“Eagles fans have their choice of many meat-free options, including mock-steak and faux-chicken sandwiches, Gardenburgers, veggie dogs, and spicy black-bean burgers,” a spokesperson said in a release. “The stadium’s premium dining areas offer roasted red pepper hummus and pita chips, veggie wraps, locally farmed vegetable platters, and fresh fruit.”

The Linc is to receive a framed certificate and letter of congratulations from the animal rights group.
