Philadelphia gradutes new class of historic re-enactors

History is alive and well in Philadelphia thanks to another crop of re-enactors. A new class of them has graduated, and they’ll get to work this weekend.

More than 80 actors received diplomas Thursday to mark their completion of a two-week course.

KYW reports some of the new re-enactors will focus on Civil War events in honor of the sesquicentennial. Among them are stories about Harriet Tubman.
