Pfizer recalls Advil Liqui-Gel bottles over odor concern

    We didn’t get the memo about it being recall day.

    McNeil announced earlier a wholesale recall on some of it Imodium caplets. Now Pfizer is recalling 650,000 bottles of Advil Liqui-Gels.
    Also not a consumer recall, Pfizer’s order is for eight lots that could have a strong odor resulting from the manufacturing process. A company spokeswoman said the issued was isolated and corrective action has been taken.

    It’s Pfizer’s second Advil recall in a year.
