Pennsylvania representative arrested for DUI

    Pa. State Rep. Cherelle Parker was arrested Sunday morning for drunken driving in Germantown. Parker’s 200th Legislative District includes Mount Airy, Chestnut Hill, Roxborough and Andorra.

     

    Heard in the Hall reports police pulled Parker over after midnight Sunday when she was seen driving the wrong way on the 5800-block of Baynton Street. She’s been released and is due in court June 1.

    Parker was elected in 2005 in a special election.
