Pennsylvania changes liability law, slots revenue down around Philadelphia

    Changes to Pennsylvania’s tort law will complicate things for people looking to obtain monetary compensation through lawsuits. Dave Davies will walk us through the change that assesses accountability based on fault, not on the depth of pockets.
