Penn State president to hold King of Prussia town hall with alumni

Penn State University President Rodney Erickson is coming to King of Prussia. Erickson, who replaced Graham Spanier following child sex abuse allegations against former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, will be in town next week for one of three meetings with alumni.

The Associated Press reports the Penn State Alumni Association is sponsoring town hall-style meetings in Pittsburgh, King of Prussia and New York to discuss the allegations against Sandusky that sparked a case against him and led to the firing of football coach Joe Paterno and former President Graham Spanier. Two administrators also face charges for perjury.

Erickson will be in town Jan. 12.
